The shipping varies by the product you order. Most parts and Quick Ship items ship in 1 to 3 business days AFTER secure payment. Refrigeration systems generally take 10 business days. Replacement doors take 2 weeks AFTER approval drawing has been signed and returned. Other items vary by item.
Returns, If you receive the wrong parts we of course will correct the problem immediately however, this site was not designed for the layman or backyard mechanic, it was designed for the experienced technician, if you order the wrong parts, we are not responsible.
If you order incorrectly or you just want to return the item, there is a 35% restock fee and you pay the return shipping. Custom gaskets are NOT returnable. No return on electrical parts.
