     NEXEL INDUSTRIES, INC. warrants that all NEXEL products will be free from defects in material and manufacture at time of shipment. We guarantee to replace any item that is found to be defective for up to one (1) year from date of shipment provided that it has been properly used.

     NEXEL will repair or replace any product that does not perform as represented herein with normal usage. A NEXEL representative will examine the installation and determine repair or return disposition. Replacements will be shipped prepaid. No returns may be made without written authorization.
