Notes about pricing for walk in cooler/ freezer combination units.

To find the cost of a walk in cooler/freezer combination. Using the links to the left, look up the sizes of both sections you would like and add the 2 prices together. (Read the notes below about floors first).

SOME THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW.

Combination units are NOT in the "Quick Ship" category and require standard lead times.

For combination units, the cooler section normally does not need a floor if it is to be on a concrete slab or a concrete floor in a 1 story building.

If it is to be on a wooden floor or a concrete floor in a building with a basement or on a second or third story, you will need to order it with a floor.

The freezer section normally will need to be ordered with an insulated floor included unless you are going to have a specially insulated reinforced concrete slab.

Both the cooler and freezer need to be the same depth for these units. We can also quote any special size for you.

ABOUT PALLET JACKS

These walk in cooler and freezer floors are stainless steel and are designed to withstand 700 pounds per square foot. If you are planning to use a pallet jack to move product, you will need to let us know. For pallet jack traffic, you will need a reinforced floor with an aluminum diamond plate to withstand the abuse of the pallet jack. You will also need a larger door. (The standard doors are 36" wide). You may also want either an exterior or interior ramp.
