| | There is nothing magic about the
internet. Prices are still prices and you get what you pay for.
Any manufacturer still has to build them and they still have to ship them, just
like it has always been. The walk ins that that you see for less are cheaper
because they ARE cheaper, the insulation is not comparable and neither are the
refrigeration systems, not to mention a lot of other factors that you will see
more of listed below.
If you're going to buy a piece of
equipment that consumes energy, wouldn't you want equipment that will consume
the least amount of energy? After all, the electric bill comes every month and
the price difference between one of theirs and one of ours is nothing compared
to the amount of money you will waste every month. And if you're a contractor or
architect wouldn't you want to supply your customer with the best quality
equipment you can find, even if it is a little more money.
When it's all over and done, the customer
will NOT be a happy camper if the equipment breaks down the first month or two
or if he or she finds that the equipment is not energy efficient.
What we do is simple; we supply ONLY top
quality equipment. We do not sell any equipment until we know that it is the
PROPER equipment for your needs and wants. You will not find a "BUY
NOW" button to push on our web site, you will find pricing for most items,
and online forms to fill out for price quotes with shipping cost's included, so
that we can evaluate whether or not what you are asking for is indeed the best
equipment for your application.
Here are some of the major differences
between the walk in coolers and freezers other then just the insulation factor.
 | In many communities, the building and
health departments require all panels to be N.S.F. approved not just the
door and frame. Some manufacturers do not comply with that code. |
 | Many others use plastic cam lock
fasteners to hold them together with weak little catch pins rather then a
stout steel fastener. This means a lot. The less and weaker fastener boxes
will leak air because they will not hold the panels together tight enough. |
 | Many others have less cam locks on
every panel to save on production cost, Leer walk ins for instance have more
cam lock fasteners then ANY other manufacturer and what that means is when
the walk ins are installed, the panels will pull themselves together tightly
and remain tight for the life of the walk in. This is also a plus if you are
installing on an uneven floor. A Leer box will pull itself together tightly
and stay that way on a slightly uneven floor without worrying about shimming
them up. Don't try that with any of the other walk ins, I can tell you from
experience you will rip the fastener loose from the panel, it will then
never fit tightly. |
 | Most of the others have aluminum
floors, not stainless steel. |
 | Most of the others have small doors,
Leers standard is 36". |
 | Many others do not have parts AND LABOR
warranties. With our walk ins warranty repairs can be done under warranty by
ANY licensed refrigeration technician in your locality. You do not have to
wait for a factory approved technician to repair whatever might come up. |
 | Most of the others use refrigeration by
whoever has the best price at the time. Almost all of the units we supply
are by Heatcraft, in my opinion they are the best refrigeration
manufacturers on the planet. |
I can go on but your probably bored by now so let me just say last that most
suppliers may not really look at or consider what your best equipment choice
might be, where we on the other hand specialize in one very important aspect of
being a supplier, we make sure that what we are supplying you with is the best
choice for your application and we are here to insure that your order is placed
properly and that your order is shipped as soon as humanly possible. We are also
here to take car of ANY problems that might occur.
Thanks for listening
