M-Line's unobstructed edge-to-edge view maximizes the visibility of products on display. The door frame is there, only one-eighth inch thin, so it's barely seen. A choice of elegant silver-gray or black anodized finishes is offered

No Heat Cooler Doors

Besides its bold look, M-Line offers other advancements that add up to a superior standard of performance, Foremost among these features is a "NO HEAT" cooler door.

Each M-Line door features Ardco's proven triple pane, Gas-Filled Glass unit. Both front and back panes are fully tempered for safety. Between the back two panes is an invisible gas that not only reflects heat and helps prevent condensation, but also reduces the amount of energy the system consumes. At 38 Deg. F cooler temperature in a 75 Deg. F store, M-Line cooler doors will resist sweating at relative humidities up to 63%. With no heat in the door, M-Line also reduces the heat load on the cooler enabling it to maintain temperature with lower energy consumption.

M-Line cooler doors meet or exceed operating and other standards established by the Commercial Refrigerator Manufacturers Association (CRMA), National Sanitation Foundation (NSF), Underwriters Laboratories (UL) and Canadian Standards Association (CSA).

Low Cost Freezer Doors

In the M-Line freezer door, the heated Triple Pane Gas-Filled Glass unit allows the outer pane of glass to stay warm and condensation-free with reduced wattage. Some other freezer doors use an additional coating on the glass to accomplish this energy savings. But that coating can cause coloration problems and visual distortions to displayed products. M-Line freezer doors save energy and operating costs without sacrificing product visibility.

M-Line freezer doors meet or exceed the operating and condensation protection standards established by CRMA and the standards of NSF, UL and CSA.

CRMA equipment is designed to operate at O Deg. F. case temperature in a 75 Deg. F. store with a relative humidity of 55%.
