The appearance and functional features of Ardco's Walk-In Door make it the most attractive and practical entrance door available for a walk-in cooler. Two models are available: Panel with viewing window, and all glass. The panel Walk-In Door features a plastic honey-comb core which, though extremely light in weight, offers exceptional strength, rigidity, resistance to warping, dimensional stability and excellent insulating capabilities. Panel color choices are white, gold, and blue. Included on the back of all doors is a stainless steel push and kick plate. The all glass 30" wide Walk-In Door, used together with Ardco's Mobile Beverage or Mobile Deli-Rack, allows entrance into the cooler while providing additional merchandising space.

A standard two lamp feature highlights products on display. Glass in both model doors are either dual-pane, triple-pane or triple-pane gas filled depending on which model you choose. All are fully tempered insulated glass warranted for 10 years against condensation between the lites and for three years against glass breakage. Door frame and outer frame may be ordered in a choice of frame finishes and handle options. 
Other Walk-In Door standard features include self-closing hinging and heater in door and frame and outer frame.

Optional stainless steel door guards may be ordered for protection against impacts from carts.

Ardco's Walk-In Door can be installed in coolers with or without floors. 

Ardco's panel Walk-In Door is available in 4 sizes:

  • 30" x 81" DisplayRite Models.
  • 36" x 81" DisplayRite Models.
  • 30" x 80" SwingLine 3, M-Line and Enertech models.
  • 36" x 80" SwingLine 3, M-Line and Enertech models.
The difference between the models are the glass and frame options and the amount of energy they consume. The lesser expensive model, "DisplayRite 2" uses 2 payne heated glass where the highest priced model, "M-Line" uses 3 payne gas filled glass that uses no energy.

NOTE: All freezer applications use heat. Also if the store is not air conditioned or if this is a drive-thru application, you will need heated glass.
